Please count on us for an exhibit at the 26TH Annual Entrepreneurship Education FORUM scheduled for November 7 - 11, 2008 in Austin, Texas. We plan to provide the following type of exhibit:
- _____A separate table display to be accompanied by one of our staff members throughout the conference, and an ad for our company in the conference program ($700) including the one conference registration
- _____Presenters and Consortium members add $300 to your fee to also have an exhibit. Sponsors may choose to have an exhibit at no extra cost.
- _____Materials to be displayed on a table throughout the conference, and an ad for our company in the conference program. The display will not be attended by exhibitor staff member ($350)
_____ Check here if you will send a P O; or here_____if you need an invoice before sending payment by check.
Please send a half-page ad to us by October 6, 2008 to be printed in our conference program. The ad should be black and white, 5" high x 8" wide, designed to fit at the top or bottom of an 8 1/2" x 11" page. Pls email the ad to us as a JPG or PDF.
NOTE: When shipping your display, please include your choice of sample products or other items to be given as prizes to participants at the end of the conference. Or, we would appreciate 400 copies of a recent publication or magazine to give to all participants.

Set-up of your displays in the conference ballroom will be available between 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM on Saturday, Nov 8 and displays should stay in place until the end of the conference program at 10 AM, Tuesday, November 11.
Special arrangements for your exhibit may be made directly with the hotel convention services. Contact: Sherry Palmer at 1-512-478-1111. The hotel will charge you a storage fee per box plus a handling fee. This will be billed to your room.
