SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INSTRUCTORS We are pleased to announce that again this year we will have scholarships available to help teachers cover the costs of attending the conference. We are still in the process of seeking sponsors and will announce how many scholarships in total will be available. We are very appreciative to:

** The Coleman Foundation - providing hotel registration coverage for over 60 teachers from anywhere in the US

** The Appalachian Regional Commission - providing 20 scholarships for hotel and conference registration costs. Educators applying for these scholarships must be from an ARC sponsored county in their 13 states. Check this site to be sure that you qualify.

** The Burton Morgan Foundation - providing 14 scholarships for educators from northeast Ohio, covering both conference registration and three nights at the hotel.

** STATES, FOUNDATIONS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP ORGANIZATIONS, AND ENTREPRENEURS.... We invite you to join these three leaders in contributing to scholarships for educators. Your contributions will make a big difference to deserving educators who seek opportunities for networking and professional development! INSTRUCTORS MAY ALSO APPLY FOR AVAILABLE SCHOLARSHIPS NOW. Use the application form here to apply for a scholarship. Awards will go to outstanding entrepreneurship instructors with preference given to teachers from Consortium member states and organizations and those that have not received a scholarship before. Deadline for scholarship applications will be September 25, 2009. We will notify winners soon thereafter.

SPECIAL RATE OPPORTUNITIES Check to see if you qualify:
  1. A Special Day Rate of $125 (good on Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday).
  2. Educator Team Package: A Drive in Special registration of $250 each for 3 educators from the same school or district that will be registered on the same purchase order or credit card. This saves $225 on the Early Registration Fee ($750 versus $975) and saves $435 on the registration fee after September 15 ($750 versus $1185). As educators drive in together you reduce travel costs to only 33%. Hotel rates are $109 per night for singles, doubles, or triples...another saving opportunity.
  3. Corporate member special offer: State members can offer a 10% registration reduction to 5 people from their state as an incentive to bring a state-based team to the FORUM. The state representative must identify the people to receive the 10% discount.
  4. As part of their membership payment, Ambassador Members have a 20% discount on the FORUM registration for themselves and a colleague. Consider becoming a teacher member year round for $100 and save $65 on the early registration or $79 on the full conference registration for yourself AND a colleague!.

INSTRUCTORS...Let us help you find sponsorship!

Guarantee your own scholarship by sharing your entrepreneurship program with business service groups in your home town. Ask the local Rotary, Kiwanis, Chamber, Lions, Church Groups, etc. who will appreciate having you make a presentation about the work you are doing to prepare the entrepreneurs of tomorrow in your classroom. Check out the Scholarship Package Details here: Download and adapt documents to fit your needs.

Let's work together to help teachers participate to build skills for entrepreneurship programs everywhere.
