She is founder and CEO of Motivating the Teen Spirit, LLC (MTS), A personal empowerment company that uses cutting edge techniques to teach teens how to fall madly in love with themselves and how to make integrity based decisions. Her work has impacted the lives of over 55,000 teens and prevented over 1,100 teen suicides. Motivating the Teen Spirit (MTS) is recognized as one of the new leading companies in the industry for coaching educators how to use new world-class techniques in teaching Emotional Literacy, Entrepreneurship & Personal Prosperity to produce unequaled outcomes in their field. In addition, working with leadership youth to learn optimal success building systems along with emotional healthiness.

A true entrepreneur, Lisa Nichols started her business in her living room as a single mom with a three-year-old son.
